Why was Put The Hat On started?Put The Hat On was started humorously by founder Robbie Altshuler. Growing up he loved watching Batman movies, so much to the extent that he only responded when people called him Batman. With a marvel for wearing various hats, he remembers a line that supervillain Bane once quoted "Nobody cared who I was until I put on the mask". Robbie found this quote interesting, he relates it to the success majority of his peers have - Nobody else cared to bat an eye at them until they became successful. He noticed this in his personal life as well, and so he took to snapchat and started probing his 5k followers to see how they would react. Within 13 hours of posting this for the first time using a silly hat filter, a mediocre 5 screenshots, 3.5k views and 14 story replies - His beliefs were reaffirmed and he knew he had something. Robbie believes in all his projects, no matter the size or level of importance - he treats everything with the utmost effort. So, with that said - Quit procrastinating, lock in and put the hat on.

How Can I Put The Hat On?Invest in yourself. Below is an activity created to help with this. Disclaimer: We are not licensed professionals and are not in any position to give substantial advice for personal or mental health situations and if in need of serious help please seek guidance from a licensed professional. We are just a collective of people that work hard to live our best lives and speak on experiences that have helped us more or less. Before starting this activity, please make a list called Goals/Dreams. Start off with short-term, maybe this can be within the next 1-3 months. Medium-term goals 5-7 months. Long-term goals 7 months - 3 years +++. Wise words: "If you fail to plan, you plan to fail". So, let's get this show on the road. Step 1. Self Awareness - Ask yourself: "What am I doing wrong?" Pull out a pen and paper and take your time seriously thinking about everything, big or small - What am I not doing? Why aren't I doing it? How would my life be better if I did? What is stopping me from starting today? Step 2. Action Plan - Now that you asked yourself the big and dangerous questions, you must create an action plan. Please write 101 ways to Change Your Life. For each thing you write, also follow it up with why it will improve your life, habit, routine, etc. - Also a good idea to write down how you will achieve this if you feel having it as a reminder is helpful. Step 3. Do It! - Now that you have become aware of what you are doing wrong, what the next steps are to improve your life, why it's necessary and how you will achieve this - You MUST do it. Otherwise, you aren't going to accomplish much. But Remember, change is not easy and does not always work right away. Even if you fail, keep going forward and working towards your goals and dreams. You will achieve it, just believe in yourself.
