Before starting this activity, please make a list called Goals/Dreams. Start off with short-term, maybe this can be within the next 1-3 months. Medium-term goals 5-7 months. Long-term goals 7 months - 3 years +++. Wise words: "If you fail to plan, you plan to fail".
So, let's get this show on the road.
Step 1. Self Awareness
- Ask yourself: "What am I doing wrong?" Pull out a pen and paper and take your time seriously thinking about everything, big or small - What am I not doing? Why aren't I doing it? How would my life be better if I did? What is stopping me from starting today?
Step 2. Action Plan
- Now that you asked yourself the big and dangerous questions, you must create an action plan. Please write 101 ways to Change Your Life. For each thing you write, also follow it up with why it will improve your life, habit, routine, etc. - Also a good idea to write down how you will achieve this if you feel having it as a reminder is helpful.
Step 3. Do It!
- Now that you have become aware of what you are doing wrong, what the next steps are to improve your life, why it's necessary and how you will achieve this - You MUST do it. Otherwise, you aren't going to accomplish much.
But Remember, change is not easy and does not always work right away. Even if you fail, keep going forward and working towards your goals and dreams. You will achieve it, just believe in yourself.
